For your convenience and peace of mind, we provide complimentary Meet & Assist services at Athens International Airport.
Our uniformed staff will greet you at your commercial flight’s door or on the jet bridge. If your aircraft is not using a jet bridge, you’ll be met upon entry to the Main Terminal Building.
From there, our team will accompany you through immigration, baggage claim, and customs. Once cleared, you’ll be transferred via VIP ground transportation to the heliport or General Aviation Facility, depending on your itinerary.
Our operations department continuously monitors inbound commercial and private flights, allowing us to make timely adjustments in case of any delays. We aim to keep your travel plans running smoothly by updating your outbound flight schedule when necessary.
As a general policy, we can accommodate delays of up to one hour. We also proactively manage potential setbacks such as lost luggage.
Even in the case of extended delays, we strive to minimize inconvenience. If needed, and within our operational capacity, we will reschedule your flight—while factoring in arrival airport slot availability and helicopter daylight restrictions.
